This is a serious time waster, and pretty cool although slightly inane!
It would be better if:
A) the neighbour's list was constantly reshuffled or random, rather than alphabetical, as the same names come up first each time. Perhaps you could have a choice of random shuffle or sorted by star rating.
B) the store clerk was actually dressed and looked like your character.
