Hello and thanks for using the app. In the app menu, under Settings, there is the option to 'Resynchronize Lottery Results'. If this doesn't resolve the issue you are experiencing, you could also try to uninstall the app and reinstall it. If neither of these options work, please get in touch at contact@lottery.net so we can assist you further.Having trouble

Your system seems to go down regularly. One minute I’m entering my tickets and then the RED DISPLAY comes up saying SORRY OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN! WHAT GIVES? I buy a lot of scratchers and there are a lot of losers so when I can’t enter them because of your down system it’s a problem to be fixed.....😤😤Show lessKetchem 1
