Complain about the DBPR Mobile App
I have been using this App for some time. Whilst the App worked in the past, now it has a number of bugs!
- The log in sometimes works sometimes it does not.
- Display of my license does not work at all.
- When the connection works I get the notice license not found.
- If the license search function actually works, and I enter first name, last name, city, it does find the license. However, it just shows the license whilst in the past under my license, one could see the detailed information.
- Calling the help desk number provided was unsuccessful. They just told me that they do not have IT support to help!

What about supermarkets ?
Perfect for restaurants - BUT - why can’t we see how Publix supermarkets rank ? Many news articles mention the food safety violations at Publix. The rats and vermin at Publix. The mishandling of food at Publix. And the dirty food prep areas at Publix. Please allow us to see these inspection reports. I want to buy my food from a clean store. This app should allow us to do that also.Show less@geoffrey01
App needs updated to work with IOS 11
