Latest April 2012 locks cars
After updating nearly all the cars are now locked though they still show that they are fully upgraded my my earlier games and the weapons have dropped their levels and some that we're available before now aren't. It's a real shame as enjoy this game, am still at god level but took a big step back in game play. Probably will not go through it all again. My advice, don't apply last update. Cheers

Good
Started off great however got as far as I could for free. See no point on paying as I feel it would make it too easy. Getting a bit boring now. A multiplayer duke nukem match would be a good addition.

Very addictive gameplay. More environments / tracks would be better, but everything that is here so far is superb.

Death rally has to be the most addictive game out. It is not just a racing game it is a stratergy game also in which players may learn how to compete through the ranks to upgrade their way to the most powerful weapons and the more finely tuned vehicles. The first corner will reveal just how much mayhem this game produces when weapons are finally enabled and ammo is swiftly consummed. Even if you use just one of the many tracks this game is so addictive you will want to keep your device plugged in so you wont need to keep recharging every 4-5 hours.
Would be excellent to see some new weapons like a beam that slows down other cars or a magnet that enables cars to drag other cars behind it for a limited time.

Online multiplayer is bad
I've been playing this game for a couple of months and the single player version is a lot of fun. I just wish I had not updated to the multiplayer version (most recent update) because there's no skill in that game play any more.
I can't work my way up slowly from little gun to missiles. I can only buy the missiles and at $21 those missiles will never be bought by me, condemning me to be blasted by those who have a lot of real life money. Since I won't buy the big ticket items, I'm not buying the smaller ticket items either. What's the point of buying a better shotgun for $0.99 when you're still going to not be able to progress further even with that small purchase.
Sorry developers, you lost the plot a little with the focus on big cash purchases for multiplayer. I understand you want to be compensated for your work but the approach taken does not induce me to spend on in app purchases.

Addictive fun!
Have played this game for 2 days now, great time filler and never gets boring. Upgrades and different challenges keep it interesting and great visuals and sound too. One of the best so far..

Death Rally has what most people are looking for in a mobile game... A quick fix. Great graphics coupled with pick up and play capability means that this app ticks the appropriate boxes. I feel that perhaps it could have been more.
The races seem to be a bit too short and you spend a lot of time losing them to really feel like you are making progress, well it's either that or I am very bad at driving games.... I prefer to take up the position of the former. The carnage filled races are broken up with a all in death match. Cool idea, especially with the addition of Duke Nukem, but it is a short lived high and becomes a bit repetitive, a reprieve can be claimed due to the satisfaction of blowing up your opponents again and again. If the arena could change up, and Duke Nukem was introduced later in the series of death matches with alternating enemies... But this isn't about what the game should be, but what it is, simply put it is two of most gamers favorite things slapped together, cars and explosions! Top this off with a while lot of polish and you have yourself an addictive combination, so the only way to end this review is this...
I can't wait for a sequel, until then...

Great game
Its so fun and addictive
Great game but....
It was working great after the update for a while but now since my car is maxed out, everytime it adds points to the fame it crashes back to the home screen. Please fix and I'd give it five stars!

if you keep suffering from crashes try this. Once the game closes, double tap the home key and it should be in the background. Click on it and go back into the game. Now click the garage and change the car then select a different race. Mine works a treat now. No more crashes. Think it must be a save progress glitch.

Good...
Fantastic game, steering takes a bit of getting used to though, but now i'm at 99% complete (from 191%?) and the game crashes every time I finish a race, immediately before it should go to the main screen. Please fix, this game is awesome otherwise!
