Won’t stay signed in, inconvenient categories
This application is not convenient for use: the app doesn’t stay signed in, so if you’re out for a pleasant walk and you see a community issue like Trash or something broken, forget about your pleasant walk. you’ll be standing there signing in, which could be in the sun which makes it difficult to impossible. It has a convenient gps location feature. Not always so convenient: if you’re out in a park, I don’t think it gives accurate locations, for me it seems to give nearby street addresses in the adjacent neighborhoods. Then also, if you are out in the sun and take a picture of situation, then go to a shady spot to send your report, the gps follows you, it doesn’t hold the location where you took the picture.
Contacts to tech support haven’t been able to resolve that I still need to sign in every time I’m out and need the service.Show lessvectorwork

Where is the supporting documentation?
This app would easily be a 4 star app. Most of the time trying to find an address using GPS returns the neighbors address so I have to manually search for the address manually.
But worse than that, I have no idea what happens to the reports I submit. And there is no documentation. ZERO.

Errors
I sent off a letter about missing speed limit signs and I'm not sure if they received it.
The two problems I encountered were failure to auto-capitalize sentences, and the writing on the preview page covered everything. Instead of fitting in the white box to scroll like it did when composing the email, my completed letter wrote over everything as if that entire page--white box and everything-- was one big image that my letter covered.
We'll see what happens. I'll give them a month, then report in here if it didn't seem to go through.Show lessmynicknamewasstolen!!!
Shockingly simple to use!
I reported a broken stop sign and a short while later got phone call letting me know it had been repaired.Libracorn
Does exactly what I expect!
Tried a few of these 311 apps and this one seems to work best. Easy to use, and it's nice to be able to track the status of my requests. Interface is well thought out and the app seems very snappy. If you're looking for a way to report local issues and get on with your life - this app is the way to go.Show lessHelios821
