Was a member - now my card info can’t be found
I was unable to log in since Feb of 2023. The only way I could use funds available to me for 2023 was to appeal to my Health Plan provider. They helped me to claim the funds available from my premium payments. It was a tricky situation. Now I dread 2024 because I still can not get on the site. They say they have no record of my group # or my certificate #. I sit here with my original benefit card before me. I qualified for these benefits by losing my spouse who worked his whole life for the company who ensured Health benefits for him and his family. Something that strikes me as ‘funny’ is that my dentist and my Optomitrist get their payments and I get payments because of them. Must mean that I exist.Show lessMarniesmom

Ive had two factor and face recognition on for a long time. Never any issues with app updates. Easy to submit claims.Geometry dash is awesome

There is a pop when I open the app that says I need to update the app. But then when I click the link and it takes me to the App Store nothing happens. How hard is this??Effyewww

How can I update yet it doesn’t need to be updated???
I cannot open the app since it’s saying I should click ‘update’, that then takes me to App Store and nothing happens. Sucks 😓Lybriz

Both myself and a family member both receive an error The pass cannot be read because it isn't valid. when trying to add the drug card to Apple Wallet. Please fix your app.rjtrumbley

Buggy
Does not work properly with Face ID. Keeps asking me for user name and password on the login screen even after I enabled Face ID.
