Surprisingly useful app!
Updating my original 4 star review because developer added 2 requested features: longer recording time and audio continues to run in the background. This made using this app for voice guidance while weightlifting even better. I use the repeat slider to determine the number of sets.
It would be useful to be able to import audio files edited elsewhere, or to assemble short clips inside the app. My workaround is to record “Rep 1…Ready…Begin…Contract…Hold…Extend…Rest…10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1… Rep 1…Ready…Begin…Contract… and so on. It took several takes for 12 reps but now my timing is consistent and I know how many reps remain.
Apple Voice Control can start each group of sets; refer to Apple documentation of this Accessibility feature for details. Wearing AirPods, I say “Press 1” to start each new exercise, and to stop at anytime.Show lessJWM CPO

Repeat again on iphone 10 / bose proplem
repeat again on my iPhone X will not play through the Bose sound link color 2 All other apps and sounds will play thru the bose soundlink 2. Repeat again does play on my insignia sound bar though. Any ideas? I love this app for calling out next and brief instructions for school photography!Peter50005
Useful app!
Simple, useful app. I use it to count off reps and timing for dumbbell workouts so I don’t lose track. But the 2 minute recording limitation means it won’t work for 15 reps but only for 12. Having a 3 minute limit would address this and earn a 5th star for my needs. Also, it is annoying when the later iOS versions shut down the app. Unless your IT folks have locked it, under Settings you can set the Display and Brightness to Never under Auto-Lock and work around this. But, you have to reset it manually to implement Auto-Lock again.Show lessThe only one!
This is the BEST app for memorization. You can record just sentences in each numbered spot, and repeat them 20 times, over and over as over! Just like the way you subconsciously memorize songs!

Two things I would change. More frequent updates so that it fits the resolution and size of my phone and unlimited repeats! It would be so amazing to have those two things.
Also, if you could have unlimited recording and play back that would be great instead of just 9.Sky633

ManneredKarmaQC - Thank you for the comment! As you indicated, tests reveal that in iOS 12, the audio continues to play when the iPhone goes to sleep, but in iOS 13, the audio stops playing when the iPhone goes to sleep. Will look into it.Update?
Really useful app. I use it all the time. Just upgraded to iPhone 11 and now when phone goes idle the app stops. Didn’t do that before on previous versions. Anyway to resolve that?Actorsactor
