disappointment
The biggest disappointment in this app and website is that it doesn't allow you to personalise your id when sending a message , only good thing is that you can send SMSs in any language you like, had to ask for a refund and switch to Text Marketer

I was skeptical at first but after trying it I'm pleased with it, my phone carrier charges me for incoming and outgoing international SMS, but with this app I can do it for a fraction of the price I paid.I just wish it had notifications and or badges.

Don't bother, just links to the normal website, not worth buying, just save a bookmark instead
SMS from wifi iPad.
A really useful addition to my set of apps on my iPad. I don't have a mobile contract but can send and receive SMS as if I did. Some useful features too, like scheduling of messages and easy creation and sending to groups of contacts. The latest version can deal with Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew and other characters.
