Buggy and cumbersome. An event lost me as a customer because this app was such a pain in the rear

Gave me things to do in all the cities I have visited. The tickets sometimes links to people like Ticketmaster and Fnac so wish all within their app but for information of events works like a charm
Don’t Bother
If you like paying double, plus extra fees and don’t actually know where you’re seats are then this is the APP FOR YOU! They also don’t answer their contact phone number nor reply back in a timely fashion or at all. So, if you’re trying to grab tickets and have an issue …

Logs you out everytime
Everytime you close the app it logs you out of your account. Also trying to log in with a Google account crashes the app... This used to be a great app. It's useless now.

No function found on app to delete/add artists to follow; what I picked years ago can't be changed. Search function does nothing: plug in a name and the page just stares back at me. Contacted support: *crickets*.
Buyer beware
We just bought tickets for Chris angel in Las Vegas for the 19 September
Event seeker gave us tickets for September 16 instead
We don’t fly in until the 17 th ! they refuse to refund our money and they refuse to switch the tickets to the proper date for when we are actually in Las Vegas and can make it to the show , now we are out over $1000 usd
Do not trust them !
