Terrible
Nothing but complications getting support and creating profiles. When profiles have been created and you receive your access information, you cannot easily transfer from one device to another. Lock outs occur frequently and almost always require a password reset. Seems like a great way for companies to reduce their HR costs and pass the buck onto employees without paying them for the time they waste on this application.Show lesssuperbeesara

Sorry you’re facing an unpleasant experience from the mobile app. Based on your description, it sounds like you may be on a shared device which has multiple profiles set up. To protect you as a user of a shared device, it requires all users to have a mobile app password. Administrators have the ability to configure the mobile app password’s expiration. They can also configure timing out users’ sessions who are showing to be inactive for a defined period. This will lock out a user’s session and the user must re-enter their mobile app password to regain access. We recommend you raise this concern to your administrators and potentially they can make some changes to the configuration. More importantly, if changes are made by administrators and you still find it to be an unpleasant experience, then we recommend you work with your HR administrator with raising a support ticket. So even now after what seems five years of being able to access sap learning hub through the app the app still doesn’t load training content. Guys the screen goes white when you launch training. I presume it’s downloading content but there is no indication it is. I’ve waited up to 20 minutes and give up. The app might work wonderful in Europe but in Asia pacific accessing training is soooo slow. I don’t know why the content isn’t being loaded from an in country repository.Show lessSMP 3345
