  • This app is Garbage

If doesn’t seem like they put any time into developing a really good mobile app this one they have here is absolute garbage. You can hardly do anything you can’t close a trade or open a trade.
  • Please hire an app developer!!!

Despite the awesome desktop software worden has, this app is crap. It’s just out in the App Store just to say that they have one on the App Store. Can’t add chart indicators that I want, can’t trade, can’t zoom by pinching, no watchlist only favorites list, cant tap and hold to see price line, can’t change bar style.
  • Complete garbage

If anyone gives a positive review of this app I question the authenticity. It doesn't have any good features and crashes constantly.
  • Not able to trade

Graphics are great and UI seems good, but there is no ability to monitor positions or enter and exit trades in the iPad version.
  • Bad reviews are old

I've used many of the popular charting programs, from Marketsmith to Thinkorswim to eSignal. I really like the phone apps (i have both an iphone and a galaxy 3) and the iPad app. This is my go to system for charts. Its fast, easy, works well, allows access to all my lists and custom columns. I can page thru many charts quickly, plot indicators, do easy scans, and much more. The bad reviews are old and dont seem to apply to the new versions. Check them out for yourself.
  • Not comparable to desktop/web

I have been using their free charting website and when I was looking for a charting solution for my iPad I was happy to see they had an app. Their website is awesome with a lot of flexibility to draw, annotate, use indicators, etc. I paid for their Gold Service just so i can use their iPad app. I was hoping the app would mimic this functionality. It does not. It is pretty slow. Resizing charts is cumbersome and requires a reload of the entire chart. There is no real time resize of charts. I think they keep the data on the servers and just sends images to the iPad. There is a lack of indicators. I can't use my two favorites which are the stochastic and MACD. They have a long way to go to make this as awesome as their other products.
  • Ugh...

I've been a TC2000 user for over a decade. I was excited to see this app, and I actually like the basic functionality of it. The idea of having it pull up my personal watch lists from the desktop version was right on. BUT this is where the problem is. One thing I love about the desktop version is being able to scan your charts offline. This is great on airplanes, and great on lousy Internet connections. But to have the iPad version sync with my desktop version, I MUST upgrade to the 12.x version, which is a web based app with no local chart storage. That's a big NO for me. So what could have been a really fantastic complement to my desktop software is now a fairly useless charting package. Ugh.

BTW: I confirmed these details with their customer support today.
  • Easy Scans don't work

I downloaded this hoping to run my TC2000 easy scans after the market closes. It shows the scan labels which I've created, but when I try to run them, no Symbols show up at all. My computer version of TC2000 will show, for example, 15 stocks which meet my scan criteria after running one of my scans, but nothing shows up on my Iphone. Hope they get this fixed. It does show my watch lists, however, and I can see their corresponding charts, so I'll rate it as an "OK" program at best. Not much use for me otherwise.
  • Just Awful

I really wanted to like this app, both for iPhone and iPad, and was excited that maybe, just maybe, there was finally good charting software for these devices. Let me say that I am a fan of TC2000 on my PC desktop so had high hopes. First of all, there is no iPad app, regardless of what it may say. It's designed for iPhone and you can tap the 2X button to make it larger (and sacrifice resolution). The app in general is unsophisticated and clumsy, which is a shame, as there is a huge void in the mobile stock charting space and an eager market waiting. The iPad in particular, with it's gorgeous screen, is screaming for a top-notch charting program. Imagine being able to swipe through hundreds of full-size charts in customizable time frames with beautiful graphics. I can dream, I guess, but it's certainly not to be found here. Love your desktop PC software Worden gentlemen, but your initial foray into mobile Mac is an embarrassment.

In agreement with the others...has def potential but lacking many needed functionalities as well as buggy. 2 way syncing is a nice idea. Need to be able to add stocks to watchlists and create pcf's.

This is currently an app designed to give you a snapshot of ur current setup, no editing/creating abilities. Those of us who are constantly 'tinker' look forward to those improvements. I have no doubt that's the direction we're headed.

Love the software...love the fact that it's available on my iphone, and looking forward to updates....
