Horrible service and customer service
It used to be better when it was super new, but now they are gathering more clients, the drivers keeps getting lost or try to start timer early or circle around the long route to earn more, yet on the other end customer service is hard to reach and once you reach the people, they are trained to give political answers and get you to solve it yourself or tell you to wait 5 days for you to get a call from them.. but don't expect to get the call or your problems resolved. It's an app that once they get your money locked end~ say good bye to your services

没有车接客，而且系统会提醒你现在没有车，要加价以鼓励车主接单。你选择不同意就要重新下单了。重点是就算你加价了也依然没有车接你！给我感觉非常糟糕。
叫不到车
最近几次叫车的经历都不令人满意。很多次明明看到附近有好多车，就是没人抢单。就是加钱后也无人接单。一等就是十几分钟无反应。我们要的是快捷便利的出行，最后只好用了另外的网约车。我们要的是快捷的出行方式，如果易到不能满足我的需求的话。我以后再也不会用易到了。

司機故意繞路，去福田那邊明明只需44公里，在沒有問的情況下，故意繞到深圳灣口岸，足足用了73公里，逼我多付200元！

千万别用易到，除非你可以打通客服
千万不要用，系统天天瘫痪，一瘫痪行程结束不了，直接扣款400多，客服打了三四天了也打不通，估计易到已经是空壳公司了。不信你试试拨打他们客服，一个没人接，一个是空号。
