Membership renewal page issues

I have been trying to renew the membership for more than two months now but the renew page doesn’t open and fails every time with a standard error message. I really wonder if there are no alerts or error monitoring on that page so that the developers can proactively fix such issues. That is the most important page from revenue point of view. There is no easy way to reach out to support team to raise the issue.

Even after paying full year subscription they are saying subscription expired.

Articles are becoming biased as well as their system is not smart. Paid full year membership via Apple. It showed membership active for a few days before saying membership expired. Also there is no clear way to get this resolved.

Advertisement splash page

Your full page advertisement splash page after every couple of clicks is irritating.
Your mobile app has become add site. Really annoying.

Ads menace

It’s okay to remind once per session. It’s not necessary to pop out an ad after each article. Same with Economic times as well

Ads of India

Was a user for over 10 years, leaving now due to horrendous ad popups making the app unusable. Terrible, unforgiving. Won’t be installing again until proven otherwise. Your greed will eventually destroy you. Just a matter of time.

Paid version stops on its own

Very slow updates. Throws you out of the paid subscription for days with no resolution. I’m very tired of this service and will not renew my subscription .

Too many adv and bad layout

There are too many adv pops … and the new app layout is also too bad … older app version had better layout

Aggressively taking over music

I am listening to the music on my phone and wanna read news. I open this app it stops my music for sometimes Nothing or sometimes to play ads or voiceover or anything.
Does multiple times and keeps interrupting music
