Excellent

I use this resource for my younger bilingual students and they love it. It has been a helpful revision tool for vocabulary. I would like to know how to use the multiplayer option as it doesn’t work for me at present. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback. We retired the multiplayer functionality a few years back. You have been using Studycat for many years! Sounds like you would like Multiplayer back. Can you tell us more about how you use it and maybe we can explore the feasibility of bringing it back! Please contact us on help@studycat.com

This was so excellent teaching my 3 year old and myself! Also, can you bring back the early 2018 edition? I loved playing games back then.

I cant return my money

My child payed by accident for this app. I immediately asked for money return, but it is unable. Why I cant return my money if I don't need this app and it is bought by accident?

I never faced such problem with other apps

Another unnecessary upgrade!

When I first bought this app years ago it was amazing, you paid and got a lifetime subscription. now you have to pay yearly and have to constantly sign in, wait for the cat to run across the screen, because of course, KG age kids have that patience 🙈 it lets me log in and use the settings but when I come to use the skills it says I’m not connected to the internet! What nonsense is this?

Multiplayer?

The best part of these activities was the way it included a multi-player mode. My children (as well as kids in my ESL) class loved this option. Using 2 phones and 2 iPads, it was ideal and fun. Hopefully multiplayer comes back soon. Also, I purchased this game some years ago and I’ve lost most of the games I previously had access to. Restore purchase doesn’t work.

Thanks for your feedback. Restoring your purchases will still work if you are using a device that used the same Apple ID that you used to make your purchase. To do so, please go to the parent's area and select 'My subscription'. From there, please select 'restore purchases'. We removed the multiplayer games a long time ago I'm afraid. My student is not happy with the dumbed down version o the un part.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed. You may prefer to use 'Classic mode' as this is more similar to the previous version. To access this, please navigate to the 'settings' section of the parent's area. Use the 'Classic mode' toggle to switch this on and off. This will then provide you with the old style activity menu. However, we have added three difficulty levels here - so you can adjust the level based on your student's language proficiency. We would love to talk I further detail with you about your thoughts on how we can improve the app moving forward. Could you email us on help@studycat.com and then we can arrange a time for us to hear your thoughts - we really value them and want to listen to any suggestions you have for future developments.
