Bill Pay is so slooooooow to load in app
Side note about the institution itself. Again, I’ve been a member for 20+ years and generally been very happy with them, but last month they did call to tell me that I underpaid my mortgage that month by 22 CENTS and there would be a $28 late fee for that. Really??? I pushed back and eacalated up the ladder until it was waived, but come on people - look at member’s history before you make silly statements like that that can cost you a membership.
The app will not open and I can not check my accounts
