Just awesome

Easy to use. Awesome as I can learn on the go

Allow users to download course in higher quality formates.

What’s a point to have download feature if you don’t provide user an option to download course in higher quality option. On device like iphone pro max, the downloaded course quality is so poor that sometime you have to zoom into video to see the content. Please, provide this common feature.

Really good but as everything can be improved

A bug that I run into every time I use the app is the auto hide of the control buttons don’t work after you swap app and come back, then you have to close the app completely and reopen. And some courses run over topics a little too quickly. Also if I follow paths the learning curve can quite often be too steep, like the fundamentals courses are very basic, but then the courses after that sometimes don’t explain enough in detail what is happening. But all in all I get a lot out of what I watch, but it’s definitely not a standalone tool for learning the topics deeply.

Offerings are good, but app doesn’t save recents

Overall, I like Pluralsight as a service; however, the mobile app does not seem to save recent courses. So for example, I had started a business analysis course earlier in the week on desktop, but the mobile app did not show it in any of the homepage links. Thus, I could not find it easily on the mobile app. When I went into the course on desktop and bookmarked the course, I was able to see the course on the mobile app.

I suggest the app show recently viewed or in-progress courses so you can continue your progress on the mobile app.

Great app!

Let me start by saying this is one of my favorite apps. The ability to download entire courses to play on my commute is incredible!

I'd love to give this a full 5 stars, but there's just one minor issue I have frequently. Every few days or week I have to randomly login to the app fresh. Every time I login again, I get an email stating I have a new device connected, along with an additional listing on the authorized devices page. This has been going on for several app and iOS versions.

Latest update broke the app in iPad

Hi,

The latest version of the app seems to have caused a bug. The app does not work on the iPad. The content does not load. I tried signing out and signing back in again, but it does not let n me sign in.

Great content - buggy app

Pluralsight has really great content which is obviously the main appeal but the app has all sorts of weird bugs. One example is if I am on my phone and watching something, I often like to do the Picture in Picture mode to respond to a text or something. Every time I go back to full screen from Picture in Picture the app stops playing and renders a weird state that makes it unable to navigate anywhere or start playback again. If I force quit the app and go back in it works fine again. There are a handful of other similar bugs I have run in to as well.

Certainly a usable app, and as I said the content is good, but I wish they would improve the app.

Great courses - app is a joke!

I love the courses available on Pluralsight, but if you want to use them on a mobile device, Pluralsight is probably not for you! In spite of successfully managing my account online and making progress, I’m unable to see any progress in the app, nor am I able to find any of the courses I’m currently taking. The app either doesn’t work or returns an error!

This might be enough to make me consider an alternative training provider - I never have these problems with Udemy!

Very good way to enjoy PluralSight content

Works very well for the most part.
Only weaknesses are that the sync with the website could be a bit tighter (it usually gets there in the end). But good overall.
