This application provides many key features for the collection, documentation and distribution of data. Drag & Drop to create forms - easily arrange the fields to meet your needs. In addition to the extensive form creation capabilities is the ability to export, "open-in", email, and etc., the data / forms either individually or as an entire collection. The Tag feature allows you to pick and choose / filter the data files to meet your needs.
One useful feature that I would like to see added for my purposes is the capability to perform calculations on fields identified as numbers and/or currencies.Show lessjoenergy

I purchased this app as a test for a client of mine who is a hardwood floor business. He was looking to: 1) be more efficient while in the field 2) appear more professional in his proposals 3) save time and money compared to his paper proposals he is used to. Needless to say, this App has been great in meeting all of those needs. Now my client can be more efficient when he is away from the office and is able to send out quotes immediately after meeting with the prospective client and come across more professional while doing so. This is one of the best apps I have purchased. I am using it two ways. I am using it as a form that I can send out to students through email that details what classes they have taken and what they should take as well as a checklist for seniors. It it super easy to design your own forms which I did quickly. Exporting to a PDF and emailing works very well and allows me the freedom to go see students in a quick and very mobile format. I also have been able to export data and manipulate data to sort in excel. The tech support on this product is excellent! Steve emailed me when I had some unique questions and emailed me right back. He is very interested unlearning about the needs of his customers and improving upon an already excellent product. There are several administrators at our site who a using this for evaluations now that they have seen how well and easy this app is. Keep up the great work Steve. I have tried all sorts of apps for form filling...
In a word this works
I do quotes or locks and doors ...lots of detail and parts to write down ... And part numbers that I forget... Now I don't .. It is all there
I love the drop down fields ... Radio buttons etc..
Photos ... He only thing I would like to see .... Is the drawing area to be little more refined like penultimate...

Outstanding Customer Support!!!!
I was looking for a easy way to set up a mobile form for our powder coaters to track a coated job. This app now allows us to snap a phot of the customers ornamental Iron fencing, custom wheels, racks and other items that get coated. We are now receiving better efficiency tracking the jobs from start to finish. Best of all the customer can sign the form and receive a copy by email if necessary.
The best feature is their customer service. Many times we have purchased apps for our mobile sales crew and installers, unfortunately many of those apps failed miserably. After purchasing formconnect, setting up a form in 15 min, the app crashed. I could not open the app and was worried I had lost all my data. I emailed customer service, received not only a email response, but also a phone call to personally let me know that everything was going to be saved in our forms. Within the next day the was a new update with all of our data. Awesome service.

This App Rocks! Great Support from the Developer!
This latest update had a few bumps (bugs), but with great customer service and followup emails, ver. 1.3.2 fixed the issues. Steve was a great help and I appreciate the personal attention for this update and for the other times I had a question.
I use this app for work and not only does it save my company money for saving paper it also saves time when filling out the forms. I see this app just getting better and better with each update with more and more useful features. Thanks again for a great product it worth the price.Show lessGlenn428
EXACTLY what I was looking for
I needed an EASY way to put forms together to track data that was customer facing and simple. This product allows me to do so in a matter of minutes. Not only that but because you can put logos, photos, drop down slections, check boxes, text fill boxes and capturing signatures it is very professional looking. The best part is that I can email the completed form directly to the client right there in front of them. Although this is a fairly new product, I find that the support has been quite excellent and have no reservations on recommending this app to others. The author is also very open and responsive to recommendations for future enhancements. This is especially why I rate this app with 5 STARS.Show lessrsghowellnj
The Almost Perfect Form Creation App
I'm an attorney, and as I move to a paperless office I've been looking for an app I could use to keep track of a host of client and case details. With FormConnect I created a form with all the details I used to keep on a sheet of paper. Creating and editing forms is easy. Even after a form is created and used, I can edit it and have the changes appear on all the previous forms, not just the ones going forward. The tags are a great organizational feature and are also highly customizable and editable. The developer website has very helpful videos, FAQs and blog posts that show what the app can do and how to use it in different scenarios. If you use any kind of paper form, FormConnect can replace it.
While I HIGHLY recommend this app, I have some suggestions for improvement.
1) specialty fields, such as phone number, currency or SSN, formatted for particular types of entries.
2) the ability to insert .pdf documents as well as photographs.
3) an option to directly link one form with another, rather than just give them common tags.
4) the ability to export multiple forms in .pdf format (currently you can only export single forms in .pdf, and multiple forms can be printed).
5) the ability to edit the field type once it's entered (currently you have to delete the field and insert the new one)
None of these are deal-killers. Again, I highly recommend FormConnect for anyone who wants to replace a paper form with the iPad. Great job, y'all.Show lessgdickison

Great for my business
This is a great simple app to create forms and applications on my iPad. I only wish for one more feature that would make this app ultimate, the created forms are exported as read only PDF files. It would be great if it exports as PDF forms where you can fill on the iPad using apps like PDF expert "or" if they release a free app that recognize there own format so I can share my created forms with my employees just to fill on the app. But great app overall.Show lessZhaiwy
