Doesn’t work
I have two pedals that are compatible with this app, the Hall of Fame 2 and the Flashback 2. I’ve had these pedals for years and loved them, but this app has not been functional since the day I bought them. Any time I have checked in on this app, it has crashed upon loading or selecting a pedal type. The pedals aren’t useless without the app, but it would be really nice to have this as an option to get more out of the pedals, especially since it is a selling point in the marketing materials.Show lessSomebody11478743
TC ELECTRONICS has done it AGAIN!
You do have to hold your phone close up against the pickups, like flat against them. But it IS like magic. And it’s nice to have a switch that sets the guitar pedal to a setting which works for you and your guitar. Forget all the hate and download! you won’t regret it!strait150

2290 algorithm misses MASH mapping
There is no MASH mapping for 2290 algorithms though it says it should have a “hold” kind of an effect. The same happened with the MacOS app as well. There I can see that there is nothing mapped to the MASH switch.Fritlo
Good pedals, but the software is lacking
TC Electronics really needs to focus on developing their TonePrint app so that it’s functional, or else just abandon the TonePrint concept altogether. Users need an way to transfer TonePrints between laptops, mobile devices, etc. What good is it to edit a TonePrint on the laptop but then not be able to copy it to my mobile device so that I have access to it while performing? We need to be able to tweak TonePrints in the library, not just those we make ourselves. The whole template idea could work if it were implemented better; too hit and miss when trying to find just the right template. They also need to fix their customer support. I’ve tried creating a MusicTribe account 4 times now with no success, and I’m a software engineer!Show lessdpodster
Can't edit toneprints
The edit button shows up for toneprints and templates, but it's always disabled. So I'm stuck with the handful of presets.<chad />
None of this works
This would be great …… if it actually worked. It will not connect to any of my Apple devices, and the X5 doesn’t see it either. Don’t waste your time with this. Get a good Boss stomp box and call it a day.tc needs help
Constant crashing and failures
I bought a hall of fame mini as a small footprint reverb option with the intention of using the app to change things as needed. This is now impossible and thus useless because the app crashes every time I open it. Go with your gut and avoid all TC products like the plague.cdyrbrt
This app doesn’t work
I can’t overstate how disappointed I am in this app. It plain doesn’t work. It causes my Hall of Fame two pedal to shut down and restart multiple times,It doesn’t store tone prints in my petal, even though it is connected via the USB to lightning adapter, And beaming doesn’t seem to work either. I love the sounds that are available within this app but truthfully the app itself is kind of garbage.Show lessTP!7687
