I just updated the app and it crashes immediately. Never loads at all.app3aday2

Crashes indefinitely
It's a fun idea, too bad I'll never be able to use it. The app won't take me past the loading screen without crashing. I deleted and redownloaded it but to no avail. Kind of disappointing.BlackWater2256
Almost perfect!
Love the new app. Love that you can edit custom tone prints now. All it is missing is device syncing. I have the app on my iPad, PC, and iPhone. The toneprints do NOT sync between any of them. Make that happen, please!MoeTown1986
New app freezes
When I connect my Flashback II to my iPad Pro or iPhone 8+ using the Apple Camera Interface, the app says to turn the knob to a toneprint slot to sync, and then freezes. All software is the most recent.
ALSO: I have tried registering this product and filing a support request through your website. Both times, I got all the way through the process, only to receive a URL NOT FOUND error.Show lesssfcrotty
Works well, interesting!
I loaded it on my iPad Pro. Took a few tries for me to get it to work; I had to hold the iPad right against the strings. But it worked.

Tone print by cell phone

Very good so far
The old app was basically unusable for me, and I gave up on it completely.
This updated app has made me keep my HALL OF FAME and consider getting the tremolo as well.

Crashes and won’t work
Just updated a new iPhone 8 plus with the new and improved tone print app. It crashes and will not open and function. I deleted it and downloaded it again. Same thing try to open it and it crashes. Over and over again. I don’t even know how to get the old app back on my phone.T198723
This app doesn’t want to open
Tone print is a really cool concept but what’s not cool is that the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t seem to want to open... I can’t really do anything with it. It can’t be used for what it’s designed and intended for.
It’s kind of like how Jesus can’t do anything with you unless you open your heart to him.
