  • Nothing else like it

Finally with iPhone 5 full screen support!

This is the perfect app to test and improve your draft technique while also learning which cards are good in Limited and why.
  • Awesome.

I love this draft simulator. I tell people about it all the time. When a new set is spoiled just before pre-release weekend, I anxiously check my Decked Drafter database for updates. It's way worth the cost of one pack of cards to me to add a new set to the app, especially now that Decked has been adding the cards immediately after release instead if waiting for the write-ups to be finished. Don't get me wrong, the write-ups are a great resource of tips from guys like Marlon Egolf & Darwin Kastle who know their stuff, but having the cards sooner now is even better. Keep up the great work!

  • Good Practice

While its a bit of a bummer that you have to pay for each set as it comes out, the cost isn't that much - if you play a lot of magic. I've found this tool to be good for honing my drafting strategies and habits, and it's lead me to winning more than I think I would have otherwise (which leads to more prizes of course)

The interface is simple - somewhat reminiscent of Apprentice - but works well on the iPad.

  • Follow through please

I'm newer to Magic so I bought this app with the hope of explanations as to why certain cards were better in drafts. Gatecrash is yet to be updated and it has been released for over three weeks now. Please update and get that info out!
  • Great app!

I love this app for drafting on the go! They've had the last two sets (M13 and Return to Ravnica) up soon after official spoilers were done and in time for the prerelease! They didn't have the rating descriptions up yet but good players won't need those anyways lol
  • Solid product - cheaper prices please

I don't have an issue with how quickly new sets are released. Avacyn Restored just hit MTGO Friday and the update was ready to be purchased. I'd rather have good card reviews from someone with experience playing the latest set than a faster update, so I appreciate the time they take. I do believe the prices are high, especially for older sets.... I mean $3 per set is steep. I'd rather pay a one time fee and get the updates when they come

  • Nearly useless

If you enjoy learning how to draft sets that are no longer played at FNM then this app is for you. However, if you want to learn new sets you must wait about a month after the set is revealed and possibly longer. By the time this is updated, the most recent set is almost out of limited, which makes this app virtually useless, and every set you buy a waste of money.

  • To slow to update

I like the program, but limited magic is a fast moving format. It has been two full weeks and not even a set update, much less reviews of each card. I don't mind the paying for new sets, but c'mon! If you want to keep this going, you have to be professional about it! I'll switch my stars I you get avacyn cooking in a reasonable time.

  • Not what I was hoping for...

Very disappointing. It can cost a whole $2.99 to buy the ability to draft a single set. The free set they give you us scars of mirrodin, which us hardly relevant anymore. I would easily spend a one time payment for this app, but the business model for thus app turns me away from spending a single cent.

The least you could do to keep me interested is provide a current set to toy with and get my interest. As it stands now, I have no interest in this app. Online simulators are free, I have no desire to spend this kind of money.

  • Solid app, troubling IAP

I purchased the DKA pack when the set came out and it still doesn't have updated info. What did I pay for? The write-ups are the most valuable part of this app and have not been delivered this time. I feel ripped off.
