Rubbish since update

Once you’ve clicked on an item, there is no way whatsoever to return to search results, so you have to start a search all over again. The whole app now is so sluggish, and is horrible to use. The app constantly logs me out, and you’re only given 10 seconds to verify your email. I tried to report the issues by clicking on ‘Developer website’ but this option has been removed, I wonder why? The whole feel of the new app is absolutely horrible to use, and is now nothing more than a budget supermarket app. If you’re going to redesign the app, do so to improve things

Excellent App

The app has great features and it is pretty straightforward. You can visualise your points and cash balance immediately, and your benefits. You can do your shopping easily by applying the super-effective filters and know everything about Harrods. It's a beautiful means to have access to this sublime store. I do recommend everyone to download it.

Non functional app

Cannot sign in. Cannot filter search by brand. Cannot view in my currency. Literally the worst retailer app I’ve used.

Have not been able to log in for a week

Ordinarily this app has been fantastic. However since last week I am unable to log in. After signing and going through the verification process I see the welcome screen with my name for a split second and then it takes me back to the sign in page.
I’ve spoken to someone who at the store who said it’s an app issue.
After a week it’s not resolved. I’m not happy as it was such a good app!

Cannot sign in

Horrible experience. The app won’t sign me in. It’s stuck on sign in screen after showing a spinner for a few seconds. The same password works fine on the web.

Amazing!

The upgraded Harrods app its just got amazing! Starting with the design, usability, ability to change colour of the reward card based on your tier - I just love! Its much more user friendly, you can booked your 10% days straight from the app which cuts waiting time!

Good start but still room to improve

The new version apparently is better and stylish than the old version. However, it is not very stable, happened to shut down or hang suddenly with no reasons.
It is suggested to add a function that to list out all the available options on each of the item page if there is an other choices of pattern or color, it will be more clear and user friendly

Love it

The app is a considerable and marked improvement. I love being able to see how many points I have and exactly what I need to spend to maintain my tier. It is much easier to use and I feel a lot more in control of my shopping experience now.
