It does exactly what it says, plus extra. On vacation and renting a car + AirBnB? Need to pay for public parking the following morning, but want to sleep in? No problem! That’s exactly what I just did, and I’m taking time to write this with so much gratitude. Very much appreciate having an inconvenient situation made easy. 🙏🏻

No CarPlay compatibility and this is rather annoying

האפליקציה טובה אבל אני לא מבין איך זה שב אפליקציה שאני משתמש בה באופן תדיר יש לי פופ אפ כל פעם שאני נכנס להשתמש באפליקציה. זה פוגע בחווית המשתמש ובמטרה שלי להפעיל חניה כמה שיותר מהר.

Totally unresponsive customer service for English speakers
App does what is needed for parking, but if you run into trouble with billing, you better know Hebrew and have a simple issue. Customer service is unresponsive.
Not impressed - waste of time
Was advised on hiring a car (as a tourist) to get Pango for parking in Tel Aviv.
I set it up using English option (I do not speak Ivrit) and as a tourist (no ID number). Great!!
When I entered a car park ticket number I got a message in Ivrit to call *4500 where I was stuck with an Ivrit voice menu. Turned out (when friend translated) that message was card not accepted (or similar). When I tried to change to another card it now insisted I enter my non-existent ID.
On checking I had about 10 pending charges on my credit card for almost 1,000 nis.
When I collected my car I had to pay with my credit card (170 nis).
The only good thing is all the pending charges were cleared and I only paid about 2 nis for set up.
Waste of time and only makes you worry.

Good but needs to be tourists friendly
Great app but I could not use a USA cell phone and instead had to ask a friend to use the number .
