Great, but bring the applause back!

Love that it reminds me to work out and it's got different levels of work out, but please bring the applause sound effect back. Replacing it with ads severely decreased it's like ability.

Great and easy to follow

I really like how the app gives you a few example moves before you begin and loops the move as much as you need to do it. The routines are pretty easy but it's a great start for a beginner and someone who just needs a simple routine. I got all of the muscle groups I want to focus on and rotate them throughout the week. And I love that it has a reminder!! So simple.

Daily leg workout app

My trainer Betty Jerram recommended it to me and I am also impressed and I definitely feel it in my lower body. I really like for all of the apps the workouts you get to choose the time and the levels and it definitely is like having your trainer right in your home and living room. I am so impressed and I would recommend it for anyone and you feel it in your body and in your muscle groups and everywhere in your body!!!!!πŸ˜€

Quick, clear, easy to use

I like that there are no breaks between exercises and the whole thing takes a few minutes to turn your muscles on. It's been a nice way to start working my legs.

great workout. I love that you can change the length of it and that there is another leg workout you can select to change things up.

Juste Wow, 5 min ou 10 ? Peut importe. Avoir fini l'exercice ou avancer au suivant vos calorie seront ajuster ... La mise ou remise en forme se fait graduellement et vue que la constance a aussi son import bien l'application nous permet aussi de fixer des rappelles

Pretty Good

Was looking to switch up my workout routine, have not been doing this long but you will feel sore from doing it. They are quick if you only have a couple of minutes, and there are other workouts for different body parts. I Enjoy it overall.

Almost Perfect

I love the quick work out. It's perfect for working out on a tight schedule. My only complaint is that it only gives three seconds when switching one exercise for another and it's not enough time when one is not familiar with the work out routine. I'd suggest the transition time to be at least five seconds.

Yes!!! It WORKS!

Okay, so I, like any other girl, would like to look fit and muscular. I just started this 2 days ago, and I can already feel it!!! I can't wait to keep going and see more results!
I totally recommend this app to anyone trying to tone their body.
The workouts are customized to your ability of exercise and it is just an incredible app, and I just want to thank the creators.
