  • Great alternative for LastPass

LastPass was being sketchy lately so I decided to try out StickyPassword. I was impressed at Day 1 that I decided to buy the lifetime subscription (got a deal). I was able to import all my passwords. In my opinion, this works better than LastPass. However, I took 1 star off because I noticed that my browser (Brave) a bit sluggish when I installed the extension. If the devs are working on it, hopefully it get fixed soon, otherwise, I will take off another star.

  • Flawless

Bought the lifetime license on a whim because I hate subscriptions and I have been LOVING the ease of use. Everything syncs super easy and it just works with no fuss. Very recommended.
  • Difficult Setup/Startup but Like it OK Now.

I had a few bumps along the road in getting SP set up but now that it is, its easy to use. It is supposed to be really secure and I feel it is. Some web sites are more difficult to set up than others but that seems to be the website and not SP. The things that could be improved are phone support in the U.S., cell phone 2 factor instead of email, easier or more straight forward browser setup with SP. Just a few tweets would make it 5 stars.

  • Works very well with a few exceptions

It doesn’t work with some websites and apps, but I suspect that’s due to the way the websites and apps are written rather than something Sticky Password is doing or not doing. The rest of the time it works and works well. The only quibble I have is that it asks for the master password way too often on iOS devices with Touch ID. Touch ID should be sufficient most of the time, and the timeout should be configurable.

  • Great option

Sticky password is a great alternative to LastPass. They use AES with 100,000 rounds just like LastPass. You can get a lifetime license for about $50 if you wait for a deal. If you lose or forget your password then you have to delete your vault and start over. That sounds bad but it is actually a good feature, as that reduces the vulnerabilities an attacker could use to break into your vault. The only negatives with Sticky Password are (1) that there are synchronization issues with 2fa so I can not recommend enabling it, as you could be locked out of your account, and (2) they will not allow a second vault so you can separate your work and personal accounts. Still, 5 stars when you include price

  • Sticky Password Review

Good security for your passwords and other private information. Make sure you do NOT lose your password to this software. You should also consider exporting your files to a safe place in case you forget or lose password. If that happens, you can uninstall it. Then install the software again and import the files you saved. I’ve used this for several years and I’m happy with it.

  • Just what I was after

I was looking for a password manager that didn’t insist on storing credentials in the cloud. Sticky allows peer-to-pee sync across devices, and works very well. I have a mixed macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Windows setup, and sync can be temperamental sometimes, with devices not syncing in one direction or other. This is a minor point as I can always sync somehow, and the cloud option is still there if I want it. Browser integration is good. Very happy with the purchase, but full disclosure, I bought when there was a discount sale, not full price.

  • Love it

It works well and is priced well. I had a competitor’s but switched about a year ago because I could get the same quality for several years at the same price as one year with the other. I’ve noticed improvements with how Sticky Password works with Safari and this is very good- it was a fault with the other company. Those who have an IPhone know how non-Apple apps can have issues.

  • Sticky Password

Excellent. Saves me a lot of time and gives me confidence that my information is secure but on hand when needed.
  • Very Impressed and Glad I Got It

I’d been meaning to get a password manager for ages as I knew it’s the only way to manage unique, secure passwords on hundreds of websites and apps, but I’m really glad I finally took the plunge and got this one. It was dead easy to start using since it imported all my accounts that I had saved on my Google account which allowed me to go through them at my own pace clearing out all the old ones I no longer use and securing all the ones I still do use.
