Good randomizer
Not sure what the others are talking about. This app works great to make expansion seafarers balanced with 5 or 6 players. I wish they would update to allow the bigger board that has 7 or 8 hexes along the side.Troym85

Not a full Game but great for the Board Game!
I have a 3D Catan board and this app is almost completely instrumental to having the big wooden set. If you have a hard time randomizing you catan boards this app is great to shake up your gaming experience and make set up quick and easy by having the positions of all the game's resource hexagons and sea ports generated in an easy to understand display. This app is a great help to me and has really helped cut my set up time in half which allows me to get to the action sooner. Have fun Gaming!Show lesszashackelford
It helps you build boards
It's a really helpful app to build a Catan setting for the game. I've played some challenging boards and I like it better than shuffling the resource cards.takenoko2811

Don't listen to the people who say it is terrible. If they would have read what this was for they would understand it is to make a board, not to play a game.

Awesome time saver
Love this app me and my friends we flip all the numbers and tiles down so its all random when we play then flip them up. With this app it saves us the long start up time for when we play. I dont know what any of the options mean tho. The dots or the traditional or fair. They all seem to do the same thing minus the random one.Show lessYujufrazer
Does What It Says It Does
For all those people that are confused: This isn't the Settlers of Catan game. Search Catan if you want that. This is exactly what it says it is: a board generator (it randomizes where you put the pieces for the board game to avoid contention). And honestly, I think it works great!Flyfishiesfly
Useful App
Played a game using the "balanced" setting. 3 of us were neck and neck to the end, plus no one complained to me about unfair boards. Would like to be able to regulate tile placement, because I don't think my fellow players would like the 4 wheats to be in 1 place.Gamer272
Does what it claims to do
Apparently some of the reviewers are confused about the function of this app. This is not the game itself, and the description doesn't say it is! This is a nice tool for setting up the board in your own game (physical board game). Helpful.sar5ah
Waste of time.
What you see in the picture is all there is. No directions, you tap and tap but nothing ever happens. Safe your download time and just look at the pictures shown and that's all the fun of the game.Gonzales6
