It doesn't work or start
After launching the app, it only displays "INPUT ACCOUNT KEY." Therefore, installing this app is pointless and a waste of time.
How do I log in??
I was trying to access the app but I couldn’t do anything. I had to enter an account key but nothing I entered would work. Please fix this
Troublesome Changes with Update
The last update makes it so once processing an individuals prints, the system saves the info and won’t go back to a blank main screen to then begin a new individuals prints. You have to manually delete all fields or close and reopen the app after each person.
