  • System is down….

    Currently the system is down and I can’t access my check that’s supposed to be deposited into my account. This is VERY frustrating. I still like Neighbors but many people can’t afford to have a banking system be down for a few days. It’s unacceptable.
  • There’s always something wrong

    This bank is the worst bank to bank it because their system is always down or there’s something going wrong every day. The lines are too long in the bank not enough people to work there and then they’re ATM system is trash and the new app they have us using never works properly. It keeps crashing.
  • Customer Service

    This is one of the worst credit unions ever. I went there twice now to pay my car payment. The bank teller gave me the wrong amount. The payment was three dollars short. I received a message that they were going to repo my car for $3. What a horrible institution. This should have been handled a lot better.

  • No way to turn off card.

    Why is there no card controls in this app. Other credit unions provide this.
  • Basic app inconvenient. Not For the Tech Savvy

    You can’t lock your card from the app or website. You can’t even order a replacement card online but you can switch the order you see your account. No early direct deposit pending. Notifications comes days late if even at all. App was designed for the computer illiterate type. Needs more options.

  • I hate updates!

    I have an iPhone 12 and before I just updated it I could login with Face ID now I can’t and I don’t see no option in settings to change it back so I’m a little furious and confused on that part other than that I like the app

    Thank you for your feedback! I believe we can assist you with this. Log into the app and navigate to the "More" section located on the bottom right corner. Then click the Settings gear in the upper right corner next to the Logout icon. There you should see the Face ID setting allowing facial recognition.
