Transferring funds
This app NEEDS a few fixes. Every time I try to transfer money it always says there’s an application error & that’s been happening to me for the past week. I can’t even transfer money between my accounts anymore. Please fix this...JDot3z
Technical Issues
Never seen an app with more issues than this one. Constantly not able to access my account because of technical issues. Even had my debit card stop working for 2 days once. Get it togetherEbonSTL
Needs an upgrade
Great to have easy access to my account information but the app & mobile texting sends notifications when it wants. My account would be robbed blind by the time I get a notification about a transaction on my account. I have another bank app & it send notifications each time my card is swiped, deposit is made & withdrawl.Show lessBlaaaaaaaaaahN
Always receiving errors
This happens on their desktop site too. It’s nice to check my balance whenever I want but I can never transfer any money to any of my accounts. It always says “application error blah blah blah” and their site has the same problem. This has been going on for over a month now.Fanniepacc

The application never lets you do what you need to do when you need to do it... it always says connection issue or has glitches where it won’t process what you are wanting.gjxndhdndn

Unreliable and out-dated
Constantly down for maintenance or with problems, as is their mobile banking. In today’s age of rampant fraud, people need constant access to their accounts. Has improved but still a 1 star for me. Needs a massive overhaul. FIX THIS.Sneaks2cold
Deposits
It would be nice to know exactly when money will be deposited, such as the time frame. But other than that, the app is overall great.Ming. Ming.
