Needs Improvement
I don't know what database this is pulling from, but I don't find it to be reliable. Also, needs to have more search criteria for doing searches. Great app, just needs to be improved.Laineyk313
Good, but could be much better.
Has some good functionality - definitely useful, but search by address or partial address function is useless, which is a critical feature for me / Realtors. Map search function is also good, but not great. The app always resets to a default that you cant seem to customize. Information is dated / incorrect or partial sometimes. Integrated well with BAS, that is super handy. It's a good start but needs some serious improvements / attention soon.Show lessdavidkwells3

Has shortcomings
The search function is highly disfunctional. Try searching by a partial address or trying to search an area. I feel hemmed in by the reliance of the map for searches. I'll continue to use it but many times I simply open up a web browser and use the full northstarMLS website.ScottGraham5612

Good info, but I've found it missing listings at times. I thought it pulled info from NMLS, but something's must be lost in the translation to a mobile format.184046
