Really appreciate the hard working in making this app and even more so for keeping it update. Just got it today and I’m loving it. Works flawlessly. One small minor issue which I’m sure will be addressed at some point - I’m using it strictly for the Apple Watch and am wondering if there’s a way to make the app just a tad more stable. Quite frequently, my watch is having a hard time reconnecting after the screen goes off on the watch. Sometimes it takes several tries to reconnect again. Again, I’m sure you’re hard at work keeping the app updated so I’m not worried about it. Keep up the good work!Show lessslimtrimkid
A great option
When my Samsung remote control for my 2012 smart tv stopped working this app was able to replace it completely. The only issues are the ones on the smart phone ie. power saving which means the app has to reconnect to the tv periodically. Otherwise everything works very easily. The pop ups are kind of annoying but they hardly ever show up. Super easy to use and set up the new text to tv is awesome it was super annoying to have to enter my long email on Netflix manually but now it’s super easy 10/10 would download againBushinicoel9/11
Just upgraded - doesn’t work
I have just paid the upgrade fee, after the evaluation period expired, but the app does not work. Does not switch on K series TV and none of the buttons respond. It worked okay in the evaluation period, but not after upgrading. I hope the developer contacts me to assist.DBS Perth

Excellent add-on luxury. Supports every feature that your TV Remote control does, but from your device. Customer Service is superb via email(the developer himself answers your problems immediately with intelligent precision). Constant updates reveals dedication and labor-of-love. Never lose your remote again
The app works great! Set up as easy. The only possible complaint I have is that you cannot turn the TV on from the app remote. However, you can easily Control and turn the TV off. If they would allow you to power the tv on from the app You would never have to find the original remote again. For this reason and this reason only I give it four stars otherwise it would have been the perfect app.Show lessAl.F
Don’t waste your time!
This is my communication with their support member:
The reason many users attempt to download an app version remote is because either their original remote is missing or doesn’t work. You don’t have any written disclaimer which I’m your own words “ The authorisation screen is a Samsung protection to allow a mobile device once.
The only input device for a TV, is the physical remote”. So the only fact in this situation is that I wasted several hours of my time trying to get your app functioning that clearly could have been avoided if you only would have provided the information that you clearly have knowledge of. So perhaps is a fair assumption. to state 1/2 of the 7 million downloads were frustrated uses who eventually got no use from this app. So please don’t count me as a user in your statistics. I agree this app is free to download but you have premium upgrades which I would have been interested in but instead I’m forced to put all your hard work in the trash. My time is valuable so perhaps you should consider reimbursing me and the million other dissatisfied users as well who got nothing out of this but a headache. It’s obvious that you don’t mention this because you don’t want to turn away potential customers at the front door even if that means not being upfront and honest. A simple one like disclaimer would have saved millions of folks like me from attempting to accomplish the impossible. This is no way to do business!!!!Show lessZinventor
Better than the Weather Channel app
This connected my iPhone 6 in the time it took to reach for my wine glass; so if this isn’t working for you, it’s not the app. The remote native to my Samsung model-n was not represented. The developer e-mailed me three times and delivered my remote in a week. Better than Domino’s Pizza. If you give this app less than five stars, maybe you should be reading Homes & Garden Magazine.Show lessMic-E-Say
Saves the day
Apple proved that the remote integration into phones was extremely useful when my AppleTV remote completely died and i was left with only the remote integration through the phone. Months later, I am still using my iPhone to completely control the AppleTV.
With the TV remote constantly going missing, I was eager for an app that could provide remote functionality as was done for the AppleTV.
myTifi has done that and more, I can also control the AppleTV now through the app as needed thanks in equal parts ingenuity of this app and of Samsung’s TV input management.
