It gets the job done
I use Kashoo to manage several different businesses including my Aikido school as well as a rental property. It works really well with a few minor issues: 1) I wish it would auto-login, 2) I wish it would auto-sync at login & 3) I wish it would auto-enter record numbers whenever I create a new invoice, payment or expense. Love the dashboard!

I don't mind paying for software, but advertising for free and then stating its free for 30 days only in the term of use, rather than your blurb is a bit tricky. Unfortunately I won't be trying your software. Thanks

Perfect for new small business owners
This program is so easy to use, share, and to understand. It's been extremely helpful, especially after wanting to throw the confusing quickbooks out my 5th floor window. Huge upgrade. Don't forget to download the iPad app.

Virtual Accounting
I was looking for an accounting program that my bookkeeper in another state could enter transactions into, while also giving me the ability to view and edit my transactions on my iPad. I've tried Quickbooks online (app and software was weak, buggy, over priced). I loved PocketMoney on my iPad but it had serious issues syncing. Kashoo is elegantly designed and intuitive to use for non-accountants. It syncs very well so far. I had a great experience with support on questions about first time set-up.
I wasn't in the market for it, but I discovered that Kashoo is a whiz at financial statements. I was so excited to generate P&L and balance sheet statements so painlessly. It's the only software I've found on my research that combines virtual sync capabilities, great iPad app interface, friendly user interface and a powerful array of reports.

Great App for Accountingphobes
Really easy to use. I hate(d) bookkeeping for my business and so it was something I procrastinated on until it was a real chore. This app has changed that part of my life. The only change I'd suggest so far is to add a "forgot password?" button on the iPad sync page. If you forget it, you have to go to the website and hunt around for the link. Still, it's the best $4.99 I've ever spent

Excellent!
This program is working out really well for my company. After struggling with Quick Books for years, I finally have a handle on the book keeping aspect of my business. Well worth the monthly fee and the iPad app is flawless with their system.
Fabulous for small business
I looked around at PeachTree and other accounting software; way too complex. Kashoo is exactly what I was looking for.. loved the 30 day trial so much I purchashed! It's been so easy to enter data; very user friendly and great reports! I've recommended to several friends who have started small home-based business. Definitely try the 30 day trial!!

Lots of potential
It's a shame really because I want to rate this app 5* but I can't. It's not a full accounting app. The app is great if you live in a perfect world however we don't. If the system is continually pushed forward I might well come back to Kashoo. The website and app (for me) has a good syncing.
I have to say the app has a really good layout and is simple to use and navigate. The website is clean looking and fresh. It's such a shame it doesn't do what I want it too.
Keep going with it though as I will eagerly await the update notification on my iPad :)
