How to transition from EB Lite to Easy books paid subscription
“I'm an EB Lite user, since the last iOS update the old app seems to crash, as a result I'm unable to run my businesses and I'm in a lot of trouble and deep stress.
I'm happy to purchase the paid subs however i need to make sure that all my businesses and past transactions including information can be transitioned from the back up to the new subs.”

Hi there, We are honouring all past purchases, these are valid in an old app version of Easy Books, called "Easy Books Lite". This allows Easy Books to improve under the subscription model, while past customers keep everything they’ve paid for. As such, we cannot guarantee that EB Lite will work on any new OS versions as we don’t update it for that compatibility. Make sure you sign in using the correct email address when you click "already purchased" under add-ons. Of course you could upgrade to the current subscription-based EasyBooks! One glitch, when adding a time entry. If you leave the time entry edit page mid way through, all the information is lost when you return to complete the information. Forcing the user to re-enter the information.
Whilst it does the basics well, these additional features would make it much easier for the sole business person.
