How to transition from EB Lite to Easy books paid subscription
Logged the below via their ticketing system to get the issue sorted, even after I’m happy to pay the subscription. It’s been two days since I logged the ticket and so far no response! I’m literary recording my business transactions on paper.
“I'm an EB Lite user, since the last iOS update the old app seems to crash, as a result I'm unable to run my businesses and I'm in a lot of trouble and deep stress.
I'm happy to purchase the paid subs however i need to make sure that all my businesses and past transactions including information can be transitioned from the back up to the new subs.”
