An incredibly outstanding and useful program. I am able to work from my home office undisturbed and uninterrupted. I simply put on my headset and dial up one of the great sounds, and everything else fades away. It truly does increase my productivity.Jujitzu07

Love the Mac version
This is a great portable way to enjoy these great sounds as the sounds are amazing but my only (and large critique) is it doesn't allow to play the sounds in the back ground and can't even when you lock the screen.
Fix this and lots more people will love this app and so will I.cxcole1

Love this app!
It was the best dollar I ever spent for me to be able to listen to these ambient sounds while reading my ebooks as I try to fall asleep (and to be able to put the sound effect on a sleep timer as well!). Insomnia, thou art vanquished!
I particularly recommend the "thunderstorm" sound effect ... I swear, I can practically smell the heavy summertime rain as it patters down on the beautiful green countryside. Beautiful app, very helpful, thank you thank you! Now to invest in some headphones which I can sleep in....Show lessaubedawn
Poor sound quality
Sound quality is poor. Has very little low-end (base). This is very apparent on things like thunderstorms, where you are missing the low-end rumbling sound.
Without it, it sounds tinny, staticky, unrealistic.Brad Goodman

It works as designed
I like this app it works just as designed, provides nice variety of background sounds that are very soothing when needed. Another unexpected surprise is that it uses very little battery power. I can let it run all night and still have plenty of power on my iPad in the morning...!GTD user 03
