As a longterm boubyan customer, I’ve always appreciated how the app’s simplicity and intuitiveness make it so easy to use and navigate.
Having tried out other banks I have to say that I had definitely taken for granted how Boubyan was truly ahead of its time in making mobile banking so convenient.
There can always be some minor improvements in terms of readability and navigation; sometimes I find it hard to find which card I’m looking for on the home page, perhaps some theme or image of the card would really help to navigate to a specific card at a glance.
However, as it is it’s extremely intuitive and simple to navigate. I really appreciate the card and accounts pages for making it so easy to do all sorts of transactions.
My only gripe with the app which I feel like is perhaps a minor issue but makes a world of difference in terms of experience and perceived quality, as an English user of the app I’ve noticed grammatical inconsistencies in numerous parts of the app including notifications, emails and text fields which if improved would really raise the perceived quality on the user’s end. I think stricter quality assurance on that would go a long way. However it is quite insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
Beautiful app and really applaud the designers and developers for being at the forefront of Kuwait’s mobile banking experience!
