Trees in the way!
I use this app primarily to measure roof lines and property lines in residential areas.
My only complaint with this app is I use it in the North East in rural areas and trees get in the way. I wish they used maps taken in the fall after the leaves have fallen off😜Pest Controler
Easy to use
This is a good tool that obviously measures maps for distance from a fixed object to another.
It is good for setting up a walking or running route, or in conjunction with Google earth and dash cam still shots it is possible to determine speed of a vehicle involved in a motor vehicle accident.Aleaky Highman
Measure Map Pro
It has been a very useful tool for determining acres on my farm when I need to fertilize, plant, or spray a piece of my property. Also helpful when building a fence to determine how much fence materials will be needed for the project.Rafter M
No other app like it!
I’ve used this app for years. I recently had to buy the latest pro version for my iPhone 11. It’s super expensive but I can’t live without it and there’s nothing else like it. I use it to measure out running and biking routes, to measure my property for contracting jobs, and for fieldwork at my job. It’s very well designed and has very feature you’d expect.Show lessjlnvs

MMP is the baddest mapping app I’ve ever used hands down, I’ve had this for a few yrs ain’t going anywhere else, pros: dead on gps every time, tracking, area measurement all 100%, cons; (since new appearance only on my iPad) satellite imagery download is considerably slow taking awhile to download vs old layout super fast never let me down, other than that 100% badassness!! great for doing field work
Use GIS resources professionally and have found Measure Map an excellent “out of office” surrogate to remotely investigate areas of natural systems and the built environment. Use it for recreation too as you can, just as it is named, measure things and areas on a map base to figure where you want to go or realize it is way too far...
Another star would be included if there were leaf off aerials or a selection of older aerials available that could be used as the base map.Show lessPineyrick

Great App
Works in most applications for roofs except when trees are in the way which isn’t really an issue in Arizona but love the app. Totally worth it. Much more cost effective than other well-known programs such as EagleView. Just don’t forget to add pitch when using this app! :)Greg Homes
Glitching...
This is my most used app and I’ve had lots of help from the developers on past questions and map upgrades. This was a five star app, and will be again when the dropping pin glitch is corrected. It used to be seamless and more responsive? What happened??

Hello Jake, There is a bug in Apple Maps API in IOS 13.2 and 13.3. that make it glitch when using an overlay over their maps. Lots of developers, including us filed bug reports. Now we have tested IOS 13.4 beta version and seems that Apple has fixed it. It will be released soon, in the meantime, if you use Apple maps as source instead of Google Maps you will see that the glitch effect is not visible.Great app!!
