Would like an Australian VPN location. You used to have one.
Works
Across Macs. After years I upgraded to the VPN service. Excellent. Kill switch on macOS. Since the iOS architecture appears to make the kill switch impossible, it would be nice if the notifications which are everywhere on iOS could give me a nudge when VPN service drops. Clean fast VPN. Applecentric.

Not working anymore
Was awesome. Used for a year. With latest update doesn’t work. Always shows connection error on vpn. Thanks for destroying the app
Stability problems in new version
I’m having problems with version 8 in iOS maintaining connections compared with previous versions. VPN connections (at least to uk servers) are dropping every 20-30 minutes, and a manual reconnection is needed. Very disruptive for streaming server use.
Pretty poor
This app hasn’t been updated for 3 years! That says to the world that the company that makes this no longer has any interest in it. Not only does this app lose the VPN connection every time you switch the display off for more than 2 minutes, leaving your IP address exposed when you next use the device - which easily goes unspotted - but now there’s only one UK server left, and I can’t access that via the iOS app! Absolutely the worst of all VPNs I’ve had a go on, certainly wouldn’t pay their full rate for it. Thankfully a software bundle got this user a 2-year subscription very cheap, but with the obvious neglect going on re app and servers I doubt whether NetShade will exist in 6 months, let alone 2 years. Avoid.

Simple doesn’t work for iOS
Confusing software that doesn’t work on my iPad or phone. Waste of money for the subscription and have given up on it.
Reliable and transparent
I have used this utility on the Mac and iOS for three years. Easy to use, nice interface and just works. I wish more software worked like this. 8^)
Very bad Customer service
Been a customer for 4 years and this year will be the last!
I have never ever gotten a reply or a response from their technical support! Right now it’s not working on one of my phones saying that a certificate expired! I tried troubleshooting it but no luck! I sent three emails, used their website form, but nothing and no response!
