Problem with app
I hate this Bank I’m Changing the whole Banking to VyStar you don’t have completely access to your money and you always having problems with the appWiibes

There was only 1 or 2 things I wanted like lock cc and round up savings. What they did is take 5 steps backwards.... no pending, having to log in ever time, no Face ID or password only come on do better.....Dg1513
Not so happy
Do not like this new update. Can not see pending transactions. Not good at all, we need to see that. After all the times my accounts have been hacked, I would rather catch them pending then after and all my money is gone.Lizzie6578

The App had me jump through a bunch of hoops and all I want to do is mobile deposit a check. This it will not allow.foe pete's sake.

all was well ! now i want to change banks mobile access is so important half the time the app wont work . pending transactions no longer a thing. takes 4 mins just to move my money. No useful tabs who ask to add credit scores like doing to much!!! just why? we didn’t ask for this!LF21T
Cannot even log in
I loved the old app. I had peace of mind because my account was so accessible. Now, I cannot even log on. Please bring the old app back.nendjfjowbrif
Absolutely terrible
Since the new update Face ID is not an option, which means taking the time to log in every single time. Additionally, everything takes at least 5-10 minutes to load whether using data or WiFi. Money is not easily accessible. Transfers are not easily accessible, or easily transferred.
The old app was not broken, it did not need to be fixed or changed.

The old app was more user friendly and had more functions. This new app is awful. It doesn’t allow finger print access, It’s difficult to make a transfer, you have to signed in completely every time even if you choose to remember my user name - it doesn’t. Not a good update.MelSimThom
Can’t get on
Every time I try to get on the app I get Error occurred!!! This is starting to really bother me what I’m used to checking my account three or four times a day. No one can seem to helpDestn4gr8nes
