Fantastic communication, and always available to answer questions.

Unbelievable

Doesn’t matter if I’ve been backing with them for five or 50 years, literally nothing has changed with their app. I still cannot view my full account number and no matter what I try. It is incredibly frustrating and customer service is typically incompetent to help. Do better, I trust you fools with my money.

Long time customer, will never leave.

I have been a very long time customer and have no regrets becoming a customer. They have always been great to work with, whether it was various loans or mortgages. Great having Unibank support.

Statement download process crash

When trying to download my monthly statement…after I view the statement, the iPad app crashes when I tap the download button.

Superior service

Always professional, courteous and helpful.

App is horrible

This app is the glitchiest most trash banking app. Constantly have to log in multiple times and you add features just for them not to work. Horrible app, need to learn how to add an update before overhauling the old way the app use to function. I shouldn’t have to consider switching banks because the app is horrible.
