So far so good!
Been using it for a day, there are pop ups that tell you what each button can do which helped immensely to cut down the learning curve so I could jump right into art and try each new tool, learning as I went along.
One ad for 4 hours of using, (I assume) any brush, to me that’s great for a free version! This is helping with my project immensely when I didn’t feel ready to try investing in procreate. I might not need to, I like this app. Very happy here so far!

it’s a great app and all, but
my only complaint is how the “free brushes for __ hours after watching ad” changed not ONCE but TWICE. at first, it was understandable. because like, 24 hours to 18 was no biggie. but 18 to 4 hours is a drastic change.
Pro Reduces Functionality of the App
Ever since I switched to the paid pro version, my app has lost functionality. I have been using ibisPaint X for over eight years now. I’ve switched from the paid version to the premium version and now I’ve purchased a subscription for the pro version for the extra features. I have spent minutes waiting for my canvas to load, which is extremely odd as I would expect better performance from an app after purchasing any type of premium feature. I highly suspect that this is because of the large amount of canvases that I have from my years of drawing but I am unable to disable automatic syncing of all of the canvases. I hope this issue is fixed in the future because at the moment I am barely able to use the app to draw as it just freezes whenever I even try to make a new canvas or even open an existing canvas.
I have tried resetting my phone and deleting and re-downloading ibis Paint, but there is no help in doing any of that and my app is still extremely slow and freezes whenever I try to make a new canvas or open an existing canvas.
I hope there is a fix to this or an improvement in loading times as this paints your pro subscription as a feature that should just be avoided by your regulars as it causes more problems than it fixes.
I also hope there is a feature to pin folders for better organization.

Abouta TWEAK OUT
So I’ve been using Ibis for quite some time now, wanna say at least.. three years. And now the free pens are four hours, when they used to be eight-teen hours. Thats such a jump, like it could of been 8 hours at least? I don’t know why ever four hours people who are POOR need to watch an ad to get free range of brushes. Other then that I think the app is great.

Awesome!
This is a great app for both novice and pro artists with many tools to use to create your fantastic art!
First of all, it’s high quality and with many easy to use options to create, including many choices of different paintbrushes, and different sizes, colours, the possibilities are endless!
Secondly, it’s super fun to explore all the opportunities. Anything is possible! There’s no limits. Also, if you’re bad at drawing backgrounds, you can choose one from a gallery.
Finally, it’s absolutely free! It doesn’t cost a cent. It’s very easy to download and use. I wouldn’t use anything else ever again!
In conclusion, this app is high quality, unlimited, and free! You try it out right now for the best art experience and results.

Great app, but about categories- (mostly gacha)
Don’t get me wrong, I love this app, so much so I even have an online account for it. But speaking of online… there are features like comics and illustrations, and when one of those things gets popular in a short amount of time there’s something called a “leaderboard” like for ‘original comics’ or ‘fan-art’. And recently I’ve noticed the ABSURD amount of Gacha comics (Gacha is a game you can make your own little characters and usually people take screenshots and make stories with them, calling them “gacha comics”) in the original category. I don’t mean a few, I mean like probably only 1 in 5 of the most popular comics are drawn. This does bother me because there are tons of drawn comic that don’t get enough recognition, and what people are paying attention to are screenshots of customizable characters THAT ANYONE CAN MAKE. I do have a solution for this and while it might sound stupid, Gacha comics and artwork need their own category. It would solve so many problems and drama, plus people who want to look for drawn comics can look for drawn comics without having to scroll through millions of Gacha comics. Please, just take this into consideration or at least try to find another solution if you don’t like mine, but I’m sure it would be very helpful to many many people, thank you for your time.

If my love was an app
Ok uh where do i start, first are the things I don't give me wrong I love the bucket but when you’re trying to get those hard to reach places and the brush is either too small or too big make the Bucket go smaller I know it’s confusing but make it get those little Spaces and nooks and that’s really all I dislike also if you could I know it’s a little hard but maybe you should really make more airbrushes that aren’t the premium And make or add more eyes specifically more closed options don’t get me wrong but I love drawing but I’m more of a traditional person and I can’t really draw on digital stuff but whenever I don’t have like a pin and paper on me I go on this app I normally just use the templates I always run out of options to use I’m so sorry if I’m talking too much about myself now I’m moving onto the things I like overall it’s just a beautiful app I don’t like that you’re greeted with uh when you’re in the options of going to your gallery or something else or otherwise loading screen I don’t like that half the other peoples art are just ai overall it’s an excellent app I totally recommend it to people who like drawing and that are actually good at digital drawing and one more thing if you ever read this you don’t like reading and you just skip to the end HIII :3

This is Spectacular
Wow! Ibis paint x is awesome! This app is great if people like digital drawing but can’t afford those costing ones like procreate, this has many tools that are useful and make drawing easier with templates and more! This is really fun because u can draw without any internet/ wifi. U should really download this if you haven’t already!! It is fun and doesn’t have many advertisements! You can be creative and have fun!! Thanks ibisPaint for the awesome app!👍🏻🎨

Awesome app, two minor problems keeping it on only 4 stars
Ibis Paint is an awesome app for every artist who wants a free, good quality piece of software filled with different brushes. There are so many cool features to discover, like the special pens, the ability to import a photo and much more. Honestly why pay twelve or thirteen pounds or whatever for procreate when you can get this for free!? HOWEVER, there’s two issues I have with the app: the first is that there is no shape tool. There are shape pens, but I find them harder than shape tools. The second problem is that if you go onto an artwork you had went off of by accident and left something you want to undo on it, the undo button won’t work. It seems to reset the undo button or something every time, which, when you have a little brother who has a tendency to ruin your art thinking you will laugh and simply undo it, can get quite annoying. Thanks so much if you took the time to read this, and I hope you try it out! 🎨🖌️🖼️👩🎨🧑🎨👨🎨
