Annoying at best
Has you change your password CONSTANTLY and then makes you jump through hoops to reset it when you can’t remember what password you’re on because it’s had you change it so many times. I should be able to reset with security questions or through email, but no, I’m being told I have to call the bank. It’s a weekend and they are closed. Apps are supposed to be convenient and save you time.

UNUSABLE
I have been disappointed with this app due to the Bank expires my password periodically and does not e-mail me or notify me in any way. I find out when I try to log on and it says “DID YOU FORGET YOUR PASSWORD?” No I did not YOU changed it on me.I am done. I tried to support this local bank but I am done with calling to have my password reset, OBTW Mon thru Fri only. Sorry but Chase here I come.

Bugs
I have been using the app for a long time and has been useful when I can actually log in. Which is why I give it at least one star. On the other hand, 99.7% of the time when I try to log in, either by fingerprint or actually typing in my password, I always tell me there is an authentication error. Nothing has changed on my end, the app itself has some bugs that need worked out. I would much rather keep an eye on my account in the palm of my hand rather than having to call or dive to the bank. But at this point I would rather not bother with the app because I never know if it is actually going to let me in.

Worst upgrade ever
The worst upgrade ever put out. Before you didn’t need to enter the decimal point when you entered your amount. Under the old app you could see the payments you had pending, don’t have a clue where to find this info now. Only place I have found it is after you put in new payment info. Also you don’t get a running total of you balance now, can’t see where debits and credits were applied to the running total. GO BACK to the old version. You can better than this.

New update
I hate everything about this new up date. Everything about the layout is more confusing than the old and it should not be this difficult to get to the mobile check deposit.
Very useful
I have been using this app for several years and it is very useful for me. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because recently the app (or it might be the bank itself) will show pending transactions, then the next day it won’t (they don’t show as completed, they just disappear), then they come back.

Great app!
The only reason I give 4 stars is because I wish I could transfer money from my account to another Alliance Bank account holder within the app. I love the mobile deposit! Great app
