It would be better if when you used the bill pay feature: as you are paying bills there was a total amount available for pending or scheduled transactions. It use to be there and now it’s not. I’m trying to send a review but I can’t because all the nick names are taken—frustrating! Can’t even use my initials So if I rate you 5 stars it will send, anything less You have to have a nick name? Alliance Bank
This app is the easiest to use of all other banking apps I have used. It is simple to understand and makes transactions easy to accomplish quickly.
Barely Acceptable
One of the most irritating apps on the Internet. You are asked to change your secure password way too frequently. When you change your password, if you forget, you are locked out of your account after the third try. You must call the application company to get your new password again you cannot use the same password twice. Barely acceptable.

Extremely helpful
I use this app all the time checking in my dads account as well! The ease and information provided at a glance gives a peace & control on all transactions at your fingertips!
Good banking app
It usually works well. Sometimes checks are rejected for petty reasons. Sometimes it’s glitchy when using the camera for mobile check deposit. It freezes or won’t take the picture or won’t upload the picture. Overall, it’s pretty good.
Lacking In Modern Features
Graphic user interface (GUI) is not well thought out. It takes a lot of additional clicks to get popular tasks done. No password self respect feature/option. They will sell try to sell that NOT having a password self-reset is a very edit, but get locked out when the bank is closed and it is hardly benefit. No recurring P2P anymore--very inconvenient. No calculator tool on any page. The screens don’t seem to be optimized for the device. Honestly, it looks like it is a mobile interface on a mobile phone, and on a tablet, and on a desktop. Why wouldn’t Internet banking be optimized depending on which device one is using? Bill pay interface is VERY unfriendly. I constantly have to click and additional click to get to the vendor’s bill pay site to do what I need to do—again additional clicks-as opposed to a well thought out design where one can accomplish tasks with minimal clicks. The whole thing needs more design thought. Old and out dated. Never been any real meaningful improvements since it’s launch. Stale.

Mobil Deposit
App is fine. Trying to get back of check picture the same size as front of check picture was hard to do.
Love this App
Easy to navigate and has everything you need for convenience and keeping up with bills paid, balance etc. I love that it automatically posts purchases. That way balance is always up to date and we know what, how much and where the purchase was made. Thank you Alliance Bank Staff for providing us with this convenience.
