Can’t Answer Two-Factor Authentication Question

When I go to log in, it asks me one of my security questions for two factor authentication. I go to click on the answer box to type the answer and it just doesn’t do anything. No keyboard pops up. Tested this with the in-browser site and it did the same thing. It is not a problem with my phone screen, no other apps have any issues. Called about it and they couldn’t help me.

Updates are bleh

So I had to erase and redownload the app because it wasn’t accepting checks for deposit. Now it won’t allow access with my fingerprint. Erg to say the least

This is a really crappy website. Never works properly. Reflects the quality of the institution!!!

Can’t even get registered. Enter data exactly as statement shoes and it states, data can’t be verified. Junk.

Stupid app

Forgot my password and it has asked me security questions that I know for a fact I never would used because I don’t know the answer to them. But it keeps asking them.

Never works

Used to work sometimes using Touch ID, but at least my password worked. Now it won’t let me log in at all and I am 100% positive my username and password are correct. Fix your app.

This app is awful

It just sits there and acts like it’s trying to load and never does.. people need access to their account and totals.. this is ridiculous.. thinking about switching banks..

Not recommended

Won’t load very frustrating. Should not have to keep deleting and reinstalling it to get it to work!!!

Slow

More than 80% of the time when I go to log in it loads and loads and loads and never takes me to the login screen. I end up having to use a browser to check my account anyways so why have the app
