App doesn’t load
This started about a month ago after a update I open the app and it just shows the consumer logo and a spinning loading wheel
Frustrated
I never had any problems with the app itself but when it updated to the newest version I lost my Apple iOS widget and quick balance. Those were important to me because I have multiple accounts and I check balances on a daily basis. Having to log in every time is just annoying to me.
Awful update!
The new update is horrible, since updating the app it’s now not supported by other apps to connect my bank account! Very frustrated by this.
Can’t login!!!
Ever since I updated the app like 5 minutes ago, I cannot login at all! I know for sure what my login is and now I am locked out of my account knowing for sure that I put the right login in!!! 😫

Poor App Quality
This app freezes, does not let me in. Takes forever to load. Just really poor quality.
Mobile Deposit
The mobile deposit is quite frustrating to use. The front and back picture take so many tries to get them lined up that it is ridiculous. I have use mobile deposit before with a Credit Union and never had a single problem in over 2 years, but since I switched to your app I have a terrible time trying to deposit my checks.

Love the convenience! Had trouble sizing the back of the check the same as the front.
