As a service it’s great. The app, not so much.
myFIU is literally the best thing in the world, but this app makes it extremely frustrating to use. It’s slow and unresponsive. It feels like a web app from 2013, and acts like such. How are we in 2020 with this slow app??
Needs to be optimized for the 2020 iPad Pro 12.9!!

Grade Roster Technical Difficulties
I’m faculty at FIU and I’m finding it very difficult to input grades on the grade roster via the app for iPad. The app has everything you need, but it needs to work well. Will change to 5 stars if the app has the same functionality of the desktop site. I even tried via the safari browser on the iPad and that doesn’t work either.

Slow, crashes, did these guys build that bridge too?
So bad. I can’t even begin to understand how such a simple dashboard to register for classes and find general info could turn out so less than mediocre. It crashes all the time. ‘Plan by my requirements’ is useless, because if you have anything already in your planner, it will hide all other courses applicable to the degree requirement, even if you expand all the selections. It takes FOREVER for that stupid loading circle to finish, and 8/10 times I have to close out the app and open again.

Please Fix
App needs to be updated, almost every time I try to log in to MyFiu it just stays on the loading screen or tells me my password is incorrect.. while using Face ID. Please fix

As soon as you tried to log on, it gives you an error message to try again later. This has been like this for the last 4 days please fix this
Inconvenient
You can exit the app for <1min and it will log you out. Very annoying to keep logging back in. Simple fix...
Terrible app, don’t even bother
This app is awful. It is not optimized for iPhone X, it has retro iOS layout, and is laggy. Aside from all that, logging on to your FIU portal is pointless as all the information is inaccurate and you can’t do much on the interface. Fix
You just be connected to the internet?
Really? I can browse, check my credit card and bank account, connect to email, and yet this app is telling me that it’s not connected to the internet? Really? Needs a fix like yesterday.
Worth trying out
It's a big improvement over the app since I was a freshman. It's fast to load and responsive. Haven't verified the accuracy of the parking finder yet. I like how customizable the menu is.
Bug: I can't hide the athletics section, even if I refresh the page or restart the app.
