Extremely laggy and coded wrong
Extremely laggy, almost unusable. How am I supposed to communicate with advisors, see my grades, etc. when the program literally doea not allow me to.
Needs an complete update
Millions of dollars in public funding and this is the official app for thousands of students… please update the up to make it user friendly for students
Hard to navigate
It is hard to navigate and use the application.
Doesn’t like duo
I don’t know what ya’ll did in the most recent update but it’s so laggy. I’ve never had an issue in my 2 years of using this app, but the 2 factor authentication does NOT work with the app or even the website quite frankly. Please fix this, the old software was so good.

It’s is really a rather slow app given that on the computer my FIU has good programming
Very slow and unresponsive
Both web and mobile apps for My FIU are very bad, they are slow, unresponsive and have an awful UI/UX.
I’m surprised that a school with a huge computing department and host of many hackthons, have such a bad application.
It is very annoying to have a Done button on the bottom that actually logs you out without even prompting you for a confirmations, I lost the count of how many times I accidently clicked Done and got kicked out, when all I wanted to do was to go back.
It is okay to have a hybrid app to lower development costs, but please update this one to something that is at least fast and user friendly.

App not well integrated with MyFIU features
PSN still does not work on the app, and it has been like this for more than a year. Other things while inside MyFIU need improvements also. Please fix!
A for effort
The main website looks and feels like it was made by a freshman and this app is a web browser. I've found better usage using Safari then this mess. Now I know where the tuition money isn't going.
Please do your job
Like just the basic functions of this app you know like opening or trying to press a button on the home screen... nothin. But the close button works every time, you know the only one I don't need to work. Just.. do better
Needs improvement
It can get annoying sometimes. It doesn’t recognize my password the first two times, then it lets me log in at the third try (same password). Time consuming since you have to wait such a long time to log in and once in, it doesn’t let me go back because it automatically closes. I wish they took the time to fix these issues so students could use it more often.
