Really bad experience, use another platform!
I booked an air ticket on the Feizhu platform, due to weather reasons, my ticket was canceled/postponed to the next day. A flight of another air corp was shown as available & normal, and I spent much higher to switch to that one. However, the flight was also postponed.
Feizhu as a plat does not support cross-air company ticket switch, and they refused to compensate. Several other platforms can all offer such basic service quality but Feizhu is not one of them.

A ticketing app that doesn’t even let you put in full names…
I can not make the ticket purchase, because middle name is required by the airline, while the is no option in this app for me to do that.
The error message is completely misleading.
And the customer support asks me to put my daughter’s first name middle name together, and forget about the space…😂

Terrible customer service and slow turnaround
The customer service is useless and slow. Refunds were processed very slowly too. Extra charges on something I did not agree on. The application is difficult and not smooth. There are usually glitches and technical issues. The terms and conditions are not clear. I don’t recommend this company or application to no one.
