Sync didn’t complete; not able to restart
Then I got a screen that listed 1 duplicate contact number. It was not a number I recognized but I said to merge it anyway.
Then I got a very brief pop-up that said there had been a problem with the merge. So I thought, no big deal, it’s only one contact but when I wanted to complete the sync there were no options to do that.
I just paid for a lifetime access for this sync and now the first time I try to use it, it didn’t complete!
This is a big problem! Please advise how to fix this problem

The app description does disclose that an upgrade is required to sync more 40 contacts. The app also reminds you that an upgrade is required when you first open the app. Without the purchases, the app wouldn't exist, and it certainly wouldn't be getting upgrades like the recent addition that allows you to sync 2 Google accounts with each other :)
