After sales support
I have subscribed for many years and as of Jan 2020 access to further editions proved impossible. Emailed the publisher and received automatic replies with suggestions to fix the problem but none worked. Repeated attempts to contact the publisher failed, only receiving the same automatic email. After sales support is nonexistent.

Guitarist magazine app
Good magazine, good content. Shame promos and subscription renewal give-aways exclude all but UK residents, which is hard to justify when the app is world-wide, and printing/distribution costs of an e-mag is a fraction of a print mag. Poor decision.

The magazine is good value but the app crashes my tablet when I try to download a new issue. Deleting and reloading the app for each new issue is just a pain and should not have to happen.Ricster49
