Two purchased books still missing.

New book purchases do not load
This would be a great app, if the additional books for purchase would work. I have been charged for two books I purchased for download but that will not load - when I opt to reinstall previous purchases, the app shuts down immediately. Very disappointed. Run once and never again :(
App starts and then runs no problem until I select a book, then it minimizes to the background and then after that it won't load. It's not worth the cost....even though it is free. Please fix it. I can't even rate whether the app works very well.halkoai
Not worth the time
Installed it, it started ok. Looks like you have to buy the books. As soon as I got to the search section, it kicked out of the program. Kept kicking out on start up thereafter.
Had to gIve it one star to rate but I would give it a zero.Kentir
Beware of downloading additional books.
My daughter loved the free Hello Bunny book, so I tried to download two more books at her reading level. They don't show up on my bookshelf, even though I've been charged for them through iTunes. App crashes every time I try to "reinstall" the purchased books, so now we are stuck with only Hello Bunny. No response to my email for help. It would be very cool app...if it would work.craftyrobyntx
Update issue
I have updated today with what was supposed to fix iOS6 issues. The application opens to the loading page and closes immediately. I have restarted iPad and tried to reinstall the app. Bummed, because I am a teacher that wanted to use this for intervention! Hope it's fixed soon!Alexandramarsc
Has potential
It only works the first time I download the app. If I close the app and then try to open. It keeps crashing. I delete the app and then download it again. It works OK untIl I close it again. Please fix this. I am running iOS6 on iPad.Crab Lady
Bought books - big problems
Bought and downloaded several books, and then they disappeared from the app few weeks later. And when i try to contact customer service from within the app and the app just quits! So now they have my money and I have no way to contact them about problems.kay aych
Great once
My 3 year old loved this app and began to independently read the free book. However as the others have commented it crashes after first opened. Once it is fixed I would be willing to buy more books but not if I will have to keep re-installing it.Snowytears
Could be great!
The one time it opened I was impressed. My daughter loved it! It will only open the first time after install which I have done three times now. Could be an IOS 6 compatibility issue fix this and I can truly evaluate.oucory
