Easy to use. Clean and modern feel.
I've used worketc on the web for well over a year and really like it. The app looks and feels differently than the website; I wish the website resembled the app as it has a cleaner and easier to navigate feel. The app gives you access to some of the most commonly used features. I really like the support cases is so easy to access. Even easier than online. Timesheets are so easy to do!
Some things that I would love to have is access to the invoice tab. Being able to generate and see an invoice is important to our employees so they customer can pay on the spot. There's no access to see any reporting.
Overall I like it, and use it regularly when out and about; but I still use the web as the place to do mostly everything.Show lessceldegar

Nice to have the app option for on the go. Not difficult to find what you're looking for especially if used to using the desktop version. Couldn't get app on my iPad though.Katiejean r
A Good Start
I have begun to incorporate WORK[etc] into my workflow. The web application is very good. The iPhone app needs some work to bring it up to the robustness, flexibility, and usefulness of the web application. It does, however, provide some control of my WORK[etc] workflow when I am away from my desktop.Show lessFinistram

Good app, could use some improvements
Solid app for grabbing simple info like customer contact info while on the go. I do get some random crashes on iPhone 6S though. Also wish I could view project GANTTS. Otherwise solid!ColinScatt
Best investment to date
Our company has been using WorkETC now for about 3 years and it has saved us in time, labor, and integration costs. The new iOS application allows us to manage our support cases when we are out and complete billing all from the mobile device. The only improvement that needs to be made that I have found is the application is only for employees and is not a customer portal application. Adding customer functionality would be a great option.Show lessMattb.42
